What's included in the cost of hire?

The cost of hire includes 250 km per day, insurance for one driver, breakdown cover and all cooking equipment.

How many people can drive the campervan?

The rental cost includes insurance for one named driver. If you’d like to add an additional driver, you can do this when booking.

How old do I have to be to hire a campervan?

Our insurance covers drivers from 25 – 75 years old. You also need to have held a full driving licence for 2 years.

Where do I collect the camper from?

Check-in and check-out can be done from Cancún International Airport or from downtown Cancún.

Can I cancel my booking?

Bookings can be cancelled within 30 days of your hire for a full refund. If you cancel 15 days before your rental period, 50% will be refunded and for cancellations within 7 days of your rental period, no refund is due.

Do I have to pay for fuel?

You will collect your campervan with a full tank of fuel and we ask that you return it full. This way, you only pay for what you use.

How do I book?

Are the camper vans suitable for baby seats or booster seats?

Isofix is available on the rear seats of Aspen and Maple. You can secure a child seat in Willow and Oak using the 3 point seatbelts. It will be your responsibility to securely fit any child seats required.

How will I know how to use the campervan's features?

We will email you a user manual before your trip and will show you the main features before you leave.
